This Refund Policy applies to paid Premium subscriptions to PrimalIQ, operated by Neville Chamberlain. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PrimalIQ Premium for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 30 days of any renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's self-service refund request flow.
- Email us at primaliqofficial@gmail.com with the email address used for your subscription and the date of the charge. We will forward the request to Paddle for processing.
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle may issue refunds in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the Billing page inside PrimalIQ. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have Premium access until that date. Cancellations stop future charges but do not automatically refund the current period unless the request falls within the 30-day money-back window above.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or made outside the stated 30-day period. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns on our behalf. Their Refund Policy also applies where it does not conflict with the guarantees above.
