These terms are between you and PrimalIQ, operated by Neville Chamberlain ("we", "our", "us"), the provider of the PrimalIQ web application. By accessing or using PrimalIQ you agree to these terms.
1. What PrimalIQ is
PrimalIQ is an AI-powered educational information tool that lets you explore and compare how different published nutrition authors and bodies of research approach the same questions. All output is provided for informational and educational purposes only. PrimalIQ does not provide personalised nutrition, dietary, medical, or health advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not prescribe supplements or protocols, and is not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. Author "viewpoints" describe what a third-party author has written; they are not recommendations from PrimalIQ.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Nothing in PrimalIQ constitutes medical, nutritional, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual experts represented as "perspectives" may hold views that conflict with mainstream medical consensus, other perspectives, or with each other. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and must not be relied on for regulated professional decisions without independent verification. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplementation, medication, or lifestyle.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use PrimalIQ. If you are using PrimalIQ on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. Acceptable use and AI content
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone to:
- Use PrimalIQ to harm yourself or others, or to provide medical advice to third parties;
- Use it to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- Attempt to jailbreak, extract, reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the underlying AI models, prompts, or data;
- Upload content (including images) you do not have the right to share;
- Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or its security.
You are responsible for your prompts and how you use outputs. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI output before acting on it and for confirming you have the rights to any content you submit as input. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
PrimalIQ offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid Premium tier billed monthly or yearly. Premium unlocks features such as Compare Mode, Research Mode, unlimited custom perspectives, the Local Food Finder, and cross-chat memory. Prices are shown in the Billing page and may be adjusted with prior notice. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Our full Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. 6. Content ownership and licence
You retain ownership of the questions, custom perspectives, images, and personal framework content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PrimalIQ within the plan you've selected. If you believe content on PrimalIQ infringes your rights, email us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove it.
7. Intellectual property
The PrimalIQ service, including its software, branding, curated perspectives, and documentation, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.
8. Service level and disclaimers
PrimalIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill) arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; on deletion, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
